1. Program Description
Bloom a Business ("Bloom," "we," "us," or "our") offers SMS and text messaging services to customers who opt in. Messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Account verification codes (2FA)
- Service notifications and updates
- Customer care responses
- Transactional alerts related to your account
2. Consent & Opt-In
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Bloom a Business, you consent to receive recurring text messages at the mobile number provided. Consent is collected through the following methods:
2.1 In-Platform Opt-In
When you create an account or update your profile on the Bloom platform, you may provide your mobile phone number and check an explicit SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox includes the disclosure: "I agree to receive SMS messages from Bloom a Business. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel."
2.2 In-Person Consent
During in-person service appointments or business interactions, customers may provide their phone number and give verbal or written consent to receive SMS messages. The consent language used is: "By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Bloom a Business including appointment reminders and account notifications. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Msg&Data rates may apply."
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use our services without opting in to SMS messaging.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive messages related to appointments, verifications, and account notifications. Typically, you will receive no more than 10 messages per month unless you initiate additional interactions.
4. Costs & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Bloom a Business does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Please check with your wireless provider for details about your text messaging plan.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Bloom a Business unless you opt in again.

7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported on all major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your information with our service providers (such as our SMS delivery platform) solely for the purpose of delivering messages to you.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via text message or email. Your continued receipt of SMS messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
